Dismiss
Asking the 17th Judicial
Circuit Court to dismiss
Hamilton Timber lawsuit
against Wanda Brant, Alyssa
White, Richard Brant, and
Brant had an adden—
dum to request the canceling of
the trial for Feb. 11,2019.
Kenneth Brant filed a motion
Feb, 8, 2019, to cancel the trial
citing Federal Rule 12 that says
“the court must decide every
pretrial motion to dismiss for
lack of subject matter jurisdic—
tion before trial.”
He also claims this motion is
pursuant to Rule 12, Alabama
Rules of Civil Procedures.
“Whenever it appears by sug—
gestion of parties or other-
wise that the court lacks jurisdic-
tion of subject matter, the
court shall dismiss the action. A
judgement from a court that did
not have subject matter jurisdic-
tion is forever a nullify.”
Previously a motion to dis-
miss this case wasfiled asking
for dismissal because the case as
fraudulent conceived to extort
the income of Wanda Brant, to
shut down her legal business
and to deprive Wanda Brant of
her life estate ownership of the
Ruby GunneState, in viOlatiorr
of Wanda Brent’s and Kenneth
Brant’s rights under the 4th, 5th,
and 14th amendments to the
Constitution of the United
States.
